Jean Gabin's failed trip to Brazil

In 1927, Jean Gabin and his wife Gaby Basset set sail for Brazil in the hope of a major performance tour. The trip ends in a total fiasco, because the artists discover on site a total absence of contracts and fees. The future actor is forced to return to Paris via Cherbourg the following year to relaunch his career at the Moulin Rouge.
