The Malopolski is a Polish horse breed originating from Lesser Poland and developed in the 19th century. Primarily present in Poland at the Walewice national stud farm, it descends from local horses crossed with Thoroughbreds and Arabians. Its total population fell below the 2,000 mark in 2010, which places it among endangered breeds.
