The Vieille lighthouse lost its lantern after leaks

The Vieille lighthouse is a maritime building automated on 14 November 1995. Deprived of maintenance by keepers for a period of fifteen years, it saw its 1886 lantern leak and seawater threaten its furniture. The structure therefore required an intervention by helicopter during the summer of 2019 to transport the piece to Brest for restoration.
