The Telegram boss became French under the name Paul du Rove

Pavel Durov is the founder of the Telegram application who obtained French nationality in 2021. His name was then Frenchified to Paul du Rove by a decree published in May 2022. This naturalization was granted by the government via a procedure for an eminent foreigner, even though the individual did not reside in the country and did not master the language.
