Italy holds a record streak of 37 unbeaten matches

Roberto Mancini is the former manager of the Italy national football team. He led the Nazionale to a historic streak of 37 consecutive matches without defeat, thus equaling the world record co-held by Brazil and Spain. He finally resigned from his position on August 13, 2023 without explanation, despite a victory at Euro 2021 and a record marked by an absence from the 2022 World Cup.
