The FIFA president was mentioned in the Panama Papers

Gianni Infantino is the leader of the world football governing body. One month after his election in 2016, he was mentioned in the Panama Papers affair due to commercial contracts signed in 2006 on behalf of UEFA. These documents linked him to an offshore company owned by two Argentinians indicted in a corruption scandal.
