The European Union restarts the production of a water bomber

The DHC-515 Firefighter is a new aircraft designed to fight forest fires. Its manufacturing was made official in March 2022 by De Havilland Canada after the freezing of a previous project caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. This launch was made possible by an order of twenty-two aircraft distributed among six member states, including Italy, Spain and France.
