A rock band named after a hockey card

Les Dales Hawerchuk is a rock band whose name pays tribute to star hockey player Dale Hawerchuk. The idea came to Sylvain Séguin when a child handed him a trading card featuring this athlete during a friendly hockey game. The founding members thus decided to merge their two great passions which are hockey and rock.
